Backyard Tourism (BT) is experimental, non-commercial IS2000
project. We run it more for fun than anything else.
We like to meet interesting people and allow people to appreciate the beauty and potential of places we love.
We like to promote and share conservation and pacifist ideas.
People involved in BT are IS2000 folks and our friends living in regions we include in BT support.
There is a likelihood of some overload in our limited availability for BT. In such cases we'll try to redirect you to other sources of information or support.

On its 10 years annyversary, in 2018, IS2000's "Backyard Tourism" project comes to retirement.
But the idea is on the move with our new project "Nature, Ocean and Towns Experience in New Zealand"
